Introduction
This website will take you on a tour of Jamaica, a country in the Caribbean that is not largely known for all that it has to offer. Here you will explore what really makes Jamaica what it is as one country exploring its topography, history, and economy. You will also learn about Jamaica’s culture in the pages about their flag and folk music. Jamaica is known for many reasons either because of it being home to the fastest runner in the world, Usain Bolt or because of the island's bloody history. Or maybe even because you have heard of the name Bob Marley. But in this website you will hopefully see Jamaica in a different light, recognizing the wonder and beauty in the country and its people. Recognizing who the people are, through their hardships and their triumphs, in their joy, tears, and anger. So now I say enjoy, in the website I have made for you to explore this country of stories and the people who live in it.
